Janelle was very communicative, which I really appreciated. Some massages you go to, you just hop up on the table and the massage therapist does whatever. Janelle made sure to know what was going on with my muscles and new how to directly work on them to correct the pain that affects me while running. Thank you very much Janelle!!! Just had my first visit with Janelle- it was Awesome!!! I really felt 100% comfortable the entire time I was there, so relaxed! I havent had a whole lot of massages but I can say that is the first time I was actually able to close my eyes and doze off. I was so relaxed!! Felt absolutely wonderful! Janelle is very in-tune to the health and well being of her clients needs. I have been a client of Cardiff Therapy for over 2 years. She can adapt her technique to suite any physical need of her clients. I have experienced firsthand the value of her professional treatments to meet my needs (deep tissue and release technique for the aging athlete I think I still am – NOT!)
